    import file problem

    Hello! I've bought the mean renko from Indicator warehouse and all was succesfully granted. Now i try to import this thru file/utilities/import ninjatrader script. I can open a file but press open a million times , nothing is happening. What's happening? http://www.ninjatrader.com/support/f...s/confused.png Rob

    Hi Rob, welcome to our forums - do you get any error reported back after you attempt to open the zip file?

    If you compile your presently installed NinjaScript files, would those compile fine?

    You can check this by just opening one indicator script and then pressing F5, this would trigger a 'compile all' process in NT.

      Bertrand, when i open the saved zip file and unzip this it gives me one folder with Type 5.52kb named renko.cs and one XML Document named info 1kb pressing F5 has no result apparently rob

        in the unzipperd folder are now 3 folders logibar mean renko bars (1) renkobars type & renko bars type (1)

          Please do not extract the zip file contents manually, but just import the zip file directly via

          File > Utilities > Import NinjaScript, NT will then copy into place as needed.

          Restart NT afterwards fresh to use your newly acquired type.

            Bertrand, ok just doen this; file, utilities, import ninjatrader scriptfile, took ithe renkbarstype zip folder from my desktop where i initially saved this and i do get the followinf message ( sorr attaching my screenshot doesnt work): Import failed. The ninjascript archive file may contain duplicate method names that already exist on your pc or there is a required file missing on either your PC or in the import file Sounds familiar? rob

              Rob, so did the zip you extracted contained again zip files then for each individual type you bought? In this case please try importing the individual zip files into NT, not the 'master' one giving you the issue.
