eSignal symbol map for Lyxor CAC 40 ETF

To chart the Lyxor CAC 40 ETF, which symbol mapping do I use in Instrument Manager? The eSignal symbol is CAC-EEB (which doesn`t seem to work as the mapping?).

[I have the eSignal data only service, and so can not use the eSignal application]

Unfortunately when testing within eSignal I am unable to pull data for a few different options they have listed such as CAC-EEB, CAC.P-CHX, etc.

What would be the reason for that?

Within NinjaTrader when adding this instrument please set the mapping to CAC|EEB and let me know if you receive data when added to your Default instrument list.

Yes, I receive data when I add CAC|EEB to Default list, and then open a chart.

But if I refresh the chart I receive "Error on loading chart data for 'CAC Default': Error - 104 on requesting bars".

Any ideas?
