RBOB Error

I'm trying to get data for RBOB Futures (the symbol is 'RB') on Globex. For whatever reason, RB wasn't in my Instrument Manager, so I added it last night, but I wasn't able to get data for it. I thought maybe I had done something wrong when I added it to the Instrument Manager (I didn't define all of the contract months, for example), so I tried resetting my instruments just now, and I still can't get real-time data for RB. In my trace file I've found:

Thanks for writing in and I am happy to assist you.

Unfortunately the NinjaTrader data servers do not support that instrument. For realtime data you may contact your broker and ask them to enable the instrument.

You can however get EOD data from the free Kinetick End of day connection.
