Demo Account Orders with Sim License

Hello,

I have an MB Trading demo account set up and have a Sim only license for Ninja Trader. I would like to see how my orders will show up under the MBT Navigator to get familiar with how it works in conjunction with NT. However, all orders that I place using NT do not show up in my MBT account.

I'm guessing that this has to do with the Sim license for NT but since I'm only using a Demo account with MBT I thought that maybe I have something configured wrong. Please clarify.

If you are using a simulated license key, it doesn't allow one to place orders to a live or demo account that may exist on the brokers end. All simulated trades are just that, simulated locally in your NinjaTrader application. Once you get a live license, you would see these orders being placed to the live or demo account.
