FBTP futures missing Offset

Hi,
I use Kinetick EOD data provider. It seems that FBTP futures are incorrectly set-up since all historical contracts have offset =0. Is there any way to get offset updated?

Unfortunately the NinjaTrader historical data servers do not have offset values defined for this symbol as it is not supported on the historical data servers at this time, which will result in a value of 0.

In order to work around this, you will need to manually change the Roll Over date and then key in your own calculated offset value. For example instead of 2011-12-07, you could use 2011-12-06 as the rollover date. This should prevent it from over writing your custom offset values and allow you to use the merge policy on this particular instrument.
