esignal and ninja error

can someone tell me why i am receiving this error and how to fix it

Hello neb1998,

Thanks for writing in.

It would be hard to say what caused the error however at this point you will need to remove your eSignal account, uninstall NinjaTrader & eSignal, and the reinstall.

Before uninstalling open NinjaTrader and go to Help> License Key
Copy and save the license key to a document
Next go to Tools> Account Connections
Select your eSignal account and select remove

Exit NinjaTrader and uninstall within Windows Control Center
Also uninstall eSignal

Restart your PC

Now you may download NinjaTrader from the link below

http://www.ninjatrader.com/download-registration.php

Under Current User paste your license key
Select Download NinjaTrader
Download and run Version 7.0.1000.10 (Current)

Download and run eSignal 10.6.2124 from the link below

http://www.ninjatrader.com/ninjatrader/eSignal/esignal_10.6.2124.exe

Once complete launch NinjaTrader and recreate your eSignal account by following the steps in our eSignal Connection Guide linked below
