Ninjatrader.exe process "suspended"

Hello,

I have an older pc running xp 32bit I use for tests. The machine is old, but it is recently formatted and well maintained in all respects. When I run ninja on it, more often than not ninja will not load. When I look at it via task manager, I see the ninjatrader process there. When I look at it via "process explorer" - a task manager-like tool that is a bit more fancy - I see it as "suspended". It allows me to "resume" it and then it works.

The machine has an 8550 processor, 4GB ram, running xpsp3 32bit. Any idea what is going on there ?

1.) A link to this forum thread.

2.) A copy of today's trace file.
You'll find this diagnostic file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
The file which I need would be named 'trace.20120507.txt'.
