Overfill was detected???

My strategy was shut down and I got this message, but I have no idea what it means. I went to help but I did not find anything there. Can you please explain what this means and how to correct the problem?

Overfills occur for example when you are trying to place only 1 contract order, but through some error in your strategy logic 2 contracts get submitted and filled.

Are you using the managed approach?
