Kinetick (paid version) not updating my chart intraday

hi, I just signed up for Kinetick. I had (and still do have) IB as my broker. Before I signed up for Kinetick, IB was providiing the data and my chart was "live" intraday. I could set my chart on a 1 min interval and I would automatically get bars created every minute.

Now I go live with Kinetick, I don't get my chart updated live now.

I started Kinetick, I set it to a 1 min chart, I can do a "reload all historical data" and the intraday bar info is there, but it won't go live.

I also tried to have both, Kinetick, and IB - which is what I need to trade - and I still don't get the bars generated automatically intraday.

What am I doing wrong?
