Program putting in wrong ordersize after a stop loss

I created a program in the strategy wizard. However After I get stopped out on 1 order the next order is twice the size, it says i get a close position and then I enter again. here is a screen shot. Anyone else experiencing this? as you can see the stop loss has already been hit and the original position has been closed.
