    Simultaneous Alerts

    What happens when two different scripts (instances) generate an alert at the same moment?

    And if both have an audio component?

    Is one of the alerts lost?

    Sound only, or also the Alert window entry?

    Or are they internally queued?

    Hello,

    The NT Sound functions will be asynchronous. This means that if two sound alerts are triggered at the same time, there would be a delay in the second alert. However it does not need to wait for the alert sound to finish before it calls the second and you should hear the alerts over lap.

    The alerts would not be lost and you should hear both alerts played around the same time.

      Do audio alerts work for custom/vendor indicators in all versions of Ninjatrader 7 (broker supplied or free download) or only the paid for versions?

        They should work in all version of NinjaTrader.
