Can NOT download NinjaTrader 6, 6.5, 7

no matter what I've tried. Please help with connecting issue if you know what may be the cause. I have attached a screenshot of the EXACT point of which it's gets to during the download process, and then at this point ( percent that is downloaded ), it freezes and thats that.
