update 4 hour bar every 1 hour

Is there any way to pick when my bars end? I would like to see my 4 hour and daily bars updated every one hour, so that each bar on the chart would be redrawn (change shape) every hour. Is this possible.

Thank you for your post.

This is possible, please right click in your chart > select Properties > change the "Display update interval (sec)" setting to 3600. This will make it so that the chart is (visually) updated every hour. However, this includes indicators as well.

Hummm... What I actually wanted is a way to set up the charts so at 1 PM my 4 hour bars close at 1PM, 5PM, 9PM, 1AM, 5AM, and 9AM:

Then at 2 PM I would like the chart to redraw itself with my 4 hour bars closing at 2PM, 6PM, 10PM, 2AM, and 6AM.

I would like the chart to do this every hour. Possible?

Thank you for your post.

It is not possible to have the chart dynamically change the end or begin times of a bar as this is dictated by the Session Template.
However, you could set up two session templates; one for the bars ending at 1PM-5PM-9PM-etc. and another for the bars ending at 2PM-6PM-10PM-etc. You would however have to change the session template manually to see this change.
