    Set Chart Scaling

I would like to set my chart to always be at 5 ticks per horizontal line. Then, if the price moves so as to cause the price to be past the top or bottom of the chart, I would like to either manually or automatically scroll the chart to show the lastest candlesticks.

However, I always want to maintain the 5 tick per drawn horizontal line scaling.

    Is this possible?

    Hello nedrob519,

    Thank you for your post.

Unfortunately, there is no way to set the tick offset of the Autoscale property. It is currently set to one tick from the chart object (in this case horizontal line).

However, this is a great suggestion and I will forward this to our development team and respond with a unique tracking id for this request.

I look forward to assisting you further.

      Hello nedrob519,

      Thank you for your patience.

I have spoken with my colleague and I would like to point out that charts in NinjaTrader allow you to change the horizontal grid lines.
To do this right click in the Y axis of your chart (the price axis) > select properties > cahnge the "Horizontal grid lines interval type" to ticks and the "horizontal grid lines interval value" to 5 > OK.

Please let me know if this is what you are asking for.
