Ninjatrader release 10

i earlier today installed the new ninjatrader 7 release 10 ( i have lease ninjtrader)
so i entered my cd key but after it installed my shortcuts dissappeared and ninjtrader didnt work to start so i uninstalled and tried again, using the same setup only this time it didnt update, it installed the release 9 i think, and it keeps popping up that i should download the new release 10 when i start my ninjatrader, is there something i must do for it to work to update since when i download the update and installs my ninjatrader dont work

Please contact me with a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com. In your message, please include the following:

1.) A link to this forum thread.

2.) A copy of today's trace file.
You'll find that file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
The file which I need would be named 'trace.20120430.txt'.
