Hello JM,

I do not experience such an issue on my end. What TWS version do you have installed? Please note that we currently only support TWS 921. If you have a different version, please install TWS 921. You can download it from the following link.

Could you perhaps post a screenshot that displays the reversed bid and ask volumes.
