I was looking for an option how to measure angles of sloping EMA. I'd tried many ways how to do that, looked for an solution at these sites but no indicator worked fine. Firstly, I downloaded this http://www.iconico.com/protractor/ but it's useless, because it's upside down and when you want to measure an angle properly you loose your temper. Moreover, you have to pay $30quid to use all of its functions.
And after these obstacles I found http://www.picpick.org/ it's completely FREE!!!
Install it and a small icon on the right side of the bottom panel next to clocks is showed, then right-click on it and choose either protractor or any other option like pixel ruler or others.
I can measure angles finally!!!
I hope this "advice" will not be classified as commercial.. If so, please, delete it.
