no connection to gain API

Sir,

the forex help desk tells me that I already have a ninjatrader compatible "demo account". They told me that username is [email protected]. they even gave me the password. I understand by now the connection wizard.

connect to "gain"
use ninjatrader servers
username
select demo
enter the password
NJUK


I get the message "can not connect to gain API. It looks like we haven't been introduced wrong password and/or username
