Bars only plot from when I start NT

Why do my bars only plot on charts from when I start my NT application?

I have DEFAULT 24/5 set in the DATA SERIES preferences.

Hello ScottieDog,

Can you please tell me to what connectivty provider you connect in NinjaTrader. Could it be the provider does not support historical data? Please see the link below under 'Understanding the data provided by your connectivity provider' which will list all supported data feed providers and what data they support.

If the provider does support the requested historical data, please right click in the chart and select 'Reload All Historical Data'?

If you cannot select it, please try a disconnect/re-connect of your connectivity provider and check again.

If the issue remains, please tell me what instrument and period type you have selected in the chart.

You can import historical data from TradeStation in NinjaTrader as per the instructions at the link below under 'How to import historical data from TradeStation'.
