Adjust Time Zone

I am running NinjaTrader remotely. I am in NY (Eastern Time Zone) and the remote computer is in Chicago (Central Time). When I bring up charts on the remote computer, the time on the charts reflect central time. I would rather have everything in eastern time.

I set the clock on the remote computer to eastern time zone but am worried about how this might effect other issues like real time trading. Do you have any suggestions on how to handle this?

Thank you for your note.

NinjaTrader is based off of the Local PC Clock. Local meaning the PC NinjaTrader is installed on, in your case the remote computer.

If you wish for this PC to have charts reflected in Eastern Time Zone, just adjust the time zone on the Windows clock. This won't have any effect on other issues such as real time trading.
