    Daily Chart Mismatch. InteractiveBroker provider.

Hello. Daily data mismatch. When use RTH - no moving on chart. When use ETH - tomorrow bar appears, as new ticks follow.
    All in pictures.

    Hello,

Can you please clarify what time zone your local PC clock is set to? Is this also +03:00GMT?

If you change the CME FX Futures RTH session template settings to use Central Time and reload the Daily chart, do you then get price updates?

Hello. Well, I thought problem in my PC. Because there is some mismatch with server time of TWS (IB) and PC time. IB support suggest to reset time zone to UTC and then back to GMT+3. Then everything was OK in TWS. BUT!!! Nothing can do in NT!!! I do everything: change time zones from GMT+3 to UTC or GMT-6 (central US). Nothing!!! Still have mismatch. What should I do next?! I have spent a lot of time to correct this issue. HELP! I update NT to newest version before doing all I wrote to correct issue.

The discrepancy is coming from the hours you have set in the session manager. You are currently saying you would like the start/end to come at 8:30AM GMT +3, however you are looking for them to start at 8:30AM Central.

Please set your PC clock to GMT +3

Once that is set, please reset your CME FX Futures RTH session template time zone to Central Time (-6 GMT) as it comes by default.

As I wrote - there is GMT+3 on PC. Everything OK with TWS. I wrote many words in previous message, but I did as you suggest at that time.

            Hello,

Please go to Tools--> Session Manger-->select the "CME FX Futures RTH" template.

What does it say under "The sessions above are based on the following time zone...."

Is this set to US Central time, or is on your local PC clock time?

As you can see - it even isn't updated to live quote.//as I understand - it's because of RTH instead of ETH (Electronic trading hours wider than regular).

I didn't see any changes after change CME FX RTH to GMT+3

And finally. This is rather like true with using ETH GMT+3 or other GMT (there are no differences). BUT it generate new bar (new day) when new LAST price change.

                Hello,

Thank you for these detailed screen shots.

In my experience, your first example should have worked. As long as the RTH hours are set to the exchange hours, they should be correctly converted from your local PC clock. If you did not, please try restarting the platform with these settings in place to ensure they are being applied.

If you still cannot get this to work, I would like to look into this remotely. Please send me an email to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com and include Attn: Matthew and your phone number or a skype contact.

This doesn't work. I sent you email with skype.
There are 2 difference PC and notebook that I used. With Windows 7 and Windows Vista. And similar problem on both machines. I have latest updates of NT and TWS.

                    I've done big work )))

Well. I spent lot of time. Let's summarize. Sorry, could not write this earlier.
                    1. 2 different machines (PC and notebook), 2 different systems Win7 and WinVista, 2 different places ===> problem is not in my hardware, Internet etc.
                    2. I tried TWS ver. 921 and last updated on both PCs ===> No matter what version of TWS you have.
                    3. I tried to set RTH and ETH session to my time zone and to GMT0, GMT-6, GMT-5.
                    AFTER all of that:
Only one could solve mismatch - reset PC clock to UTC(GMT0) time. Than everything go fine.
So, dear support, please correct this in next update of NT.
All this about 6E future (EUR) that I trade most of all.

Was this just the issue with the Daily bars being filtered out, or were you still having issues with the Last price not matching?

Metthew, as it was before - daily bars mismatch. I didn't have problem with last price. Because of mismatch last price just create new own bar. But everything is OK after reset PC clock to GMT0. That's it. It's not comfortably.

Yes we are able to reproduce using GMT +3 as the Time Zone when using TWS as the provider.

We are sending this item into development to review.

Thanks for your efforts and reporting! We will let you know once we have more information.
