load data from other time zone

Hi there,

I have problem when I load historic data from data provider while I am in different time zone, and it is still different even considering the time zone different. For example, in East Date time zone, there is a gap in between 4:15pm and 6:00pm, and in my time zone, the same period, I didn't see this gap with adjusted time accordingly,

Can you please answer the following questions so I may attempt replicate on my end:

• What time zone is your PC clock set too?
• What instrument is selected?
• Time interval of your chart?
• Session Template used

Also please attach a screen shot of your chart displaying the gap. To attach a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CRTL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and attach to your reply.
