not able to open new chart

Hi,

I use Interactivebrokers with ninjatrader and have a problem opening new charts. When I open a new chart, the dat series window pops up. In there I am able search for all kind of products in the instrument look up window. When I search for a future (fgbl in this case) and select it, then double click, so it should be selected in the data series window, nothing happens. When I choose forex there is no problem.

I do have eurex and globex data feed from IB (marketdata) and am able to get futures charts in ninjatrader using an old notebook.

Any idea how I can get this running again?

Please reset the instrument manager. To reset your instruments please: go to the Tools menu, select the Options menu item, select the Data tab, and then click on 'Reset Instruments'.
