Error Loading CL

After several attempts to connect my CL-06-12, I keep getting the following message.

"Error on oading chart data 'CL -06-12 Nymex': Connection to data server is busy or not available right now. Please try again later."

Is there a solution to this matter.

BTW: - Silver (SI) is downloading and updating fine.

Hello Ryan,

The error is related to our historical data server. The message indicates the historical data server was too busy processing other request so your data request could not be processed. Please wait a few moments and check if you can reload the historical data by right clicking the chart and select 'Reload All Historical Data'.

If the error persists, please send me your log and trace files and tell me what kind of internet connection you have. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Mail to Support in NinjaTrader. Put 'Attn Jason, Error Loading CL ' in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'.
