Quik platform Connection or other way of Russian Market connection

Hello. Is there any possibility to connect Quik trading platform to Ninja? To trade from Ninja? Or any other possibilities to get Russian market quotes and trade it?

Dear Jason, can you explain why nobody of big brokers doesn't provide Russian market? They provide a lot of risky market, I even don't know this countries )))
