Parabolic SAR question.

Hello all,

I want to use 3 chart(60 minutes, 240 minutes, 1 day) with a parabolic SAR indicator(0.02, 0.2, 0.02). Now I want to add all 3 indicators to my 60 minutes chart. I think to add:
-60 minutes PSAR value (0.02, 0.2, 0.02) then to add another parabolic sar with value(0.08, 0.8, 0.08, meaning coming from my 240 minutes chart) and finally the "daily" SAR with value (0.48, 4.8, 0.48).


If i add all 3 SAR like described, will it be the same result as to add every sar on their original charts?

Hello,

No, the results would not be the same as adding them directly from the 60, 240 and Daily input series.

If you would like to have three SAR's on your chart which are all calculated from a different input series, you can do this directly through the indicator settings without changing the input parameters.
