Why is price/datapoints marked 0.0000?

how come some of my data points (open,close, high.low) are 0.0000 in the data box. Also some of my charts show 0.0000 in the data price in the price column of the chart. See picture below.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Hi,

We currently recommend that you use the 921.5 build of TWS with NinjaTrader 7.0.1000.9. Please shut down NinjaTrader and TWS then install with this link: http://www.ninjatrader.com/ninjatrad...tall_921_5.exe

If the issue remains with this build of TWS in place, please let me know.

I uninstalled TWS, reinstalled TWS 921.5.

Reloaded AUD/SGD. Reset all historical data.

Same problem.

This is occurring on multiple currencies. Any ideas?
