Simulated Data Not Populating in Chart Window

Hi,

I've connected to the simulated data feed to have a play around with the program. However when I open the chart window the intraday data is not populating for the ES instrument (i.e. 5 minute, 15 minute, etc). I've checked in the instrument manager and the ES has a simulated feed start price so unsure why the data is not loading? - Strangely the data for this instrument seems to load fine in the static SuperDOM?

I've created my own FTSE100 instrument (using the Yahoo ticker), and have managed to get the simulated intraday chart data streaming no problem for that, but it seems to be the only one that is working (however I've not been able to get any simulated data in the SuperDOM for my FTSE instrument yet, is it possible to do that?)
