Tick data not updating

I try zen-fire. I can load a tick chart for FDAX, but it is not updated with every tick. What can be wrong?

Thank you for your post.

Does the FDAX chart update when you reload all historical data but then does not update after that?

To reload your historical data please right click in the background of your chart and select 'Reload All Historical Data'.

If so, you may be receiving only delayed data for the FDAX instrument.

So I may further test your account connection on my end, can you please send me your configuration file?

You will find your configuration file in the following directory:
(My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\config.xml
Once located, please send an e-mail to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com with "ATTN: Patrick" in the subject line and attach the config.xml file to your email.
