Kinetick connectivety issues

Every couple of days my kinetic connection is lost, but it is not just the connection that is dropped, NT gets into this tight loop where it keeps saying "connection lost" over and over. It does it so fast that all you hear is "connection, connection......".
If this happens while I am asleep, it will keep doing it for hours.

It is not my network, as my other connections are very stable and are never lost.

Kinetick is my second connection. First is CQG, then Kinetick, then IB.

I have the latest version.

Thanks for bringing this issue to our attention!

So that I can investigate, please follow up with me via email (Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com) with the following:

1.) A link to this forum thread.


2.) A copy of your trace file from the date of the last event.
You'll find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
The file which I need would be named by date in a 'trace.YYYYMMDD.txt' format.
