Chart Workspace Not Updating when Open

Hi

Got a little problem on a pc with NT, not the primary pc I use and the primary doesn't exhibit this problem. When opening a workspace with only one chart while connected to data feed, the blank chart of the instrument opens but the data (price & indicators) are not on the chart. T&S & L2 data are updating but not the chart. If i close & reopen NT with the chart open, it'll update the chart when NT restarts.

Have I got a setting wrong? Thanks

Thank you for your post.

Do you see an "F" in the upper right hand corner of your chart? If so please left mouse click on the "F" to bring your chart back to Auto Scale.

If the issue persists can you tell me what data provider you are connected to and what instrument is selected.

Please let me know if I may be of further assistance.

Thank you for the quick reply. Chart is not compressed (no little f) and in this case it is 6E and CQG/AMP. I usually trade off another pc and don't see this issue. BTW, using 'Use Instrument Settings'

Please reset your instruments with the steps I have provided below:

• Disconnect
• Tools
• Options
• Data tab
• Reset Instruments
• Restart NinjaTrader
• Reconnect

Next open a new 6E 06-12 chart with no template applied and let me know if the issue persists.
