Incorrect entry price FDAX + TT

Hi Support, trading FDAX 06-12, and entered a long and both DOM and chart reported my entry point 10pt or so high up but my stop and fill targets positions were correct. The trade got stopped out and it was executed correctly. Contacted my broker and the entry was correct on their log.
    Closed the platform and restarted.
I have taken a short after this and my entry was reported way up again and was executed properly.
I have also taken CL but I did not have this problem.

TT and Kinetick provide my data.

Any thoughts for the cause and remedy?

    Hello,

Can you check which version of NinjaTrader you are using, NT V7.0.1000.9? You can check this under Help--> About.

If on a previous version, I would suggest upgrading to the most current version to ensure you are on the same TT Adapter version as your broker. There have recently been changes to these connection technologies which could effect the way the entry price is reported back to you:

      Hi Mat,
      The version # is 7.0.1000.9.
One more thing to add, I also did some trades last night 11PM and 1AM PT roughly and they had no problem.

        Hello,

Please send me your log and trace files for today so that I may look into what occurred. If you could also provide me with the execution ID of the entry in question, this would help speed up the investigation. You can find the execution id from the Executions tab of the control center.

You can email the logs by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Support.

Please reference the following thread url in the body of the email:
