no ASKs nor BIDs in market display

Hello,

I have subscribed a Kinetick Real Time base service but I don’t have any asks nor bids in the Market display on the order tab (nor when strategy run) with two instruments GC (COMEX Gold Futures) and CL (Ligh Sweet Crude – NYMEX). But if I run a chart the system load all intraday bars.
Does this is due to the Kinetick subscription or there is a problem with NT7?.

Hello Michele,

Can you please enable ChartTrader in the chart. Do you see values for A and B which represent the ask and bid price?

Did you include the COMEX and NYMEX exchanges when you subscribed to Kinetick?
