NT Window Won't Open

You'll find this file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
The file which I need would be named 'trace.20120416.txt'

Basically, a few dialogue boxes pop open (loading instruments, etc), then loading perms, then loading account list. After that, the Ninjatrader windows never pops open..however, the Ninjatrader process is still running in the background. How do I fix this--get the Ninjatrader window to open?
