ATM with a marker order

Hey guys.

Power Broker here.

I was trading today and try to use my new ATM strat. I took my first 2 trades at market and the strat was not realized with the order. I took trade 3 with a limit order and worked fine. Does the ATM strat NOT work on a market order? How can I fix this if it does. I had to move things around manually and it was hard to do as PA was moving quickly. TIA

ATM Strategies will work with Market Orders. Can you try this on the Sim101 account and confirm the strategy works as expected?

When you entered on a market order, were the stops and targets not submitted? Or were they submitted at an invalid price?

I'd recommend emailing us with your log and trace files so we can look into exactly what occurred.

Please send me your log and trace files for today so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Support.

To answer your question the order was entered wrong. It just entered the stop and PT. It did not enter the strat as intended which is a 2 contract order 1st off at 4 ticks SL 8 ticks move to BE+1 after first PT hit. It worked fine and as intended with the limit order so I am confused. TIA
