blank charts with Zen

Hi

I'm a new user attempting to initally connect to my Zenfire demo account. The account connects fine (it says I'm connected), but I'm not getting any data on any charts. In my control centre I do see the bid/ask data changing so there is data coming through.

On a related note, if I then change my connection to kenetick end of day, I will still see a blank chart on 1minute but if I change the value to 2 minute, I see charts (and if I go back to 1minute they are working as well - this doesn't work for zen however)

What am I doing wrong?

Can you please check the items listed at the link below which can explain why charts do not receive data.

If the issue remains, please proceed as follows. Exit NinjaTrader and go to Documents-->NinjaTrader 7-->db and delete the cache folder. Start NinjaTrader and create new charts when connected to Zen-Fire and check if the requested data is loaded.
