first day live and getting order entry error?

Hi suuport,

My broker is MB TRADING and i have been traing demo with them via ninjatrader for a while, I opened up a live acc this week and leased a live version of ninja to execute with.

I just went to place my first live trade on EURUSD with a buy limit off the SUPERDOM, as soon as i did i got the attached error pop up.. i have no idea what this means?? anyway i then clicked to cancel orer but it was not informing me it had done so and i could still see it as pending? i closed it down and restarted an found it had but it was a big panic!

Please could you help me understand what has happened?

Can you please double check the version of MBT Navigator you ar eusing?

With the current version of NinjaTrader, we require MBT Nav version 11.8.0.45

If using any other version, please uninstall your current version, restart your PC and reinstall the supported version from the following link:

http://www.ninjatrader.com/ninjatrader/MBT/MbtDesktop.11.8.0.38.exe

You can always keep track of the supported Navigator version from our connection guide.
