    Currency No Realtime Data from Tradestation

    Hello

    I have a two days the same problem with twice currency pairs.
    EUR/USD and GBP/USD.

    The problem come if i shutdown the ninjatrader and my computer and start the computer on the next day.

    I receive succesfully the data from other pairs only from the above pairs not receive the realtime data.

    The NinjaTrader have also created a Stock with the same Name
    $EURUSD STOCK On the Fly created stock 0,01 1

    Where is here the problem ?

    Hello Mike,

    Please make sure you selected the "$EURUSD" currency pair in NinjaTrader and ensure the NTExternalFeed is inserted into the EURUSD TradeStation chart.

      I am sure yesterday new install the ninja trader and from all currency pairs i receive the realtime data.

      Only if I new start the ninja trader on the next day is for this both the feed interrupted.

      I send three picture with the setups from ninja trader.

      Where can I also change the settings for succesfully feed for the both pairs.

        Hello Mike,

        According to your screenshots the instruments are set up correctly. If you remove the NTExternalFeed from your TradeStation chart and re-insert it, do you receive data for these two instruments?

          Hello

          Unfortunately no. I believe if i re install ninja trader is the feed not interrupted . The problem is tommorrow is the problem the same.

            Hello Mike,

            Please uninstall NinjaTrader like you have the last two days and re-install. Before you close NinjaTrader today, please disconnect from the External Data Feed first and then shut down NinjaTrader.

            Check if the issue persists the next day. If so, please send a note to "support AT ninjatrader DOT com".
