Problem with Silver chart

Hello

i am trying to chart SI 05-12 with my CQG/NT , but i have this problem ... today it is the first time i try to chart it , the data are there as i see in my data manager but as soon as i get a new tick all charts disappear leaving just that last tick .....

What could it be?

What NinjaTrader version do you have installed? You can check the NinjaTrader version at Control Center-->Help-->About (7.0.1000.X). Make sure you have our latest version (7.0.1000.9). If not, you can download and install the latest version from the link below on top of your current version. Make sure NinjaTrader is closed when you install the new version.

Once you have version 7.0.1000.9 installed, please go to Control Center-->Tools-->Options-->Data-tab and click Reset Instruments. Restart NinjaTrader, connect to CQG and create a new SI 05-12 chart. Check if data is loaded and received as expected.
