Location of functionality

Hi

I see in this thread (http://www.ninjatrader.com/support/f...7076#post27076), that the ATM Strategy OCO functionality resides in NinjaTrader on the user's PC. What about the "if done" functionality?

For example, if I use an ATM strategy to place a limit buy order with follow on stop-loss and profit target, my understanding is that the limit entry order is accepted by either the exchange or broker's server. However, if I turn my PC off before the limit order is filled, and it is filled with my PC off, with the follow on stop and target orders be placed?

Thanks for your post.

In the example you provided, the stop and target would not be submitted - those orders are locally held until NinjaTrader receives confirmation of the entry order's fill. Only after the entry order had executed would the stop and target be put in to place.
