i would like to by a smal PC with this processor AMD Dual-Core E-450

on your website you write Minimum P4 Processor or higher is the minimum requirement...

is it ok for the AMD Dual-Core E-450 ?

An AMD Dual-Core E-450 would be better than a Pentium 4. The processor you have listed will meet our minimum requirement.

Just my 2 cents. Also take a look at systems with a Pentium G630 or Pentium G860.

I have a E-450 in a laptop and it's great for the web, email, video. If I was buying something specifically to run NT I would look into one of the above which would give you more CPU horsepower over the E-450 at about the same price.
