Interactive Brokers secure login system

Does NT support Interactive Brokers's secure login system? I understand that NT opens up TWS and automatically fills in the username/password, and the secure login system basically adds another step after that where TWS generates a code, and I have to look up the cryptographic key from the secure login device and type it in. Will this interfere when I'm connecting with NT?
