ChartTrader account switching problems.

Hi,
I'm using the ChartTrader interface, and have Global Sim Mode unchecked.
Several of my charts won't switch from the Sim account to the real account.
Another of my charts eventually switched, but then the color didn't shift back when I went back to the Sim account.
Once it stated I was in my Sim account, but a trade was placed in my real account.

I've tried restarting, but it so far makes no difference.

Hello,

Can you please repair your database and test again for this behavior.

Please follow the instructions below to repair the NinjaTrader database.

• Disconnect NinjaTrader from any open connections via File > Disconnect
• From the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the menu Tools > Options
• Select the "Data" tab
• Press the "Repair DB" button
• Press the "OK" button

If this continue to occur, can you please send me your log/trace files. You can do this by going to Help--> Mail to support and checking "Log and trace files".

Please also include 'Attn: Matthew' and a reference to this thread in the body of the email.

I did that and also rebuilt the charts from scratch, and it now seems to be working properly.
