Hi, is there a way in Ninjatrader, to merge 2 different charts into one, Let's say merging the SP500 and CL (crude oil) into 1 chart to see both at once?

Yes, this is possible. Please create a new chart and add two data series in the Data Series menu. One for the ES and one for the CL. More information can be found at the link below under 'How to add a Data Series'.
You can assign both data series to the same panel as well. Just make sure you set 'Scale justification' different for each data series.
