when you lease for $50 per month does that include a real live tick trading data ?

I would like to note that NinjaTrader is not a data provider and as such we do not provide real-time market data services with the lease of a license key.
If you already have brokerage account or market data service, you may be able to connect within NinjaTrader to receive live market data.
Kinetick has been designed to be the optimal market data provider for the NinjaTrader 7 platform and offers real, unfiltered tick data for forex, futures, stocks and index instruments. Basic quote services start at just $50/month and you can even have your CME exchange fees waived with a quilified brokerage account.
The Basic Service includes real-time data for over 500 popular indexes and market metrics as well as access to one of the most extensive resources of historical data in the industry. This includes at least 120 days of historical tick data and two years of minute data for all supported instruments.
