StrategyUpdateJob error Message

Hello NT support,

I'd have a question. I've get an error Message: Failed to execute DB job 'StrategyUpdateJob'. After I reinstalled the latest NT, I deleted all important remaining files and I've become this Message again. What can I do to work it properly again?

Can you please tell me when you experience this error message. Does it occur on startup?

Please send me your log and trace files so I can investigate. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Mail to Support. Put 'Attn Jason, StrategyUpdateJob error Message' in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'.

Hello Jason,

I've send you the e-mail. Yes, I get this on startup before and after reinstall. I made nothing specially. But there occured an interesting thing, the strategy doesnt' was able to achieve the sim cash an Optimization and returned with 0 balance. -but I didn't investigation yet why. - I know the account item value of 0 will be returned on historical bars, but the Optimization is historical too?
