OpenTick Data Reload Problem

I am using the OpenTick data feed and the most recent beta of NT 6.5. When I force an Historical Data Reload (Ctrl + Shift + R) during the trading day the most recent 20 to 30 minutes of price data disappears. Real-time data collection works fine, but a 20 to 30 minute mid-session gap in data remains.

It almost seems as if during a forced data reload that the historical data is being retrieved from OpenTick's delayed data server rather than the realtime server.
