Wanted: Strategy Template with Condition Counter

Am working on a strategy with multiple possible conditions / parameters. And need to find a strategy template that will trigger when either a percentage of the overall conditions or a specific number of the conditions to be met. Either one will work!
I thought that there was a template already built and on this site, and am no longer able to find that stategy template. If anyone knows is thread, or download, or would care to share a proven one of their own, it would be much appreciated.

Unfortunately I am not aware of such template. I leave the thread open for the forum members if they can point out the right direction.
