Are a trade's Entry, SL and TP orders saved at the exchange or on the PC.

If I lose internet connectivity, is a call to the trading desk required?

so here we are

CQG
Orders in a state "Accepted" or "Working" are at the exchange. If the exchange does not support a specific order type, the order will be active on the CQG servers.
OCO (One Cancels Other) functionality is simulated on your local PC.

So. if my internet goes down -

The entry, SL and TP orders would be held at the exchange or CQG.
My TP is hit, but my SL would still be active until I reconnect and OCO takes over from the PC?

Does this seem correct.?
