2 serious issues with NT 7 in last week

1.For no reason unbeknown to me, my 24/7 session template was changed to Eastern Time instead of Central Time.
I didn't touch it, and neither did anyone else.
How can this change itself?

2.High and Low in historical data, was changed days later.

I got Tuesdays high and low on Wednesday, and used it to calculate my fibo pivots.
I put the pivots on the chart which 1.00 and -1.00 is the high and low of Tuesday.
I then didn't keep track until Saturday as I was busy.
I then came back opened a new chart using NT historical data, and Tuesdays high and low was changed.
The high and low for Tuesday, I got on Wednesday was, 1405 / 1378.50.
The high and low for Tuesday, I got on Saturday was, 1405.50 /1378.00.
How can this have changed since I put it on my chart on Wednesday?
PS: Now, Monday, thanks to a chunk of missing data, the high/low for Tuesday is, 1405.75/1394.25 this is beyond ridiculous.

You'll find that file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
Files are named in a YYYYMMDD format - in my timezone today's file would be named 'trace.20120326.txt'.
